Community Focus Wellness Initiative
I will be implementing Community Focus Wellness Initiative, which is an online blended learning wellness initiative that seeks to create a healthier community through accessible online wellness learning and resources. Students, parents, faculty, and staff can all take advantage of assessing their health needs and going through modules catered to those needs to reach overall wellness. Community Health Focus Wellness Initiative aims to cut down on preventable diseases through health education, support, and resources for the entire district.

Community Focus is an online blended learning wellness initiative that seeks to cater to the health and wellness of all students, parents, faculty, and staff. This innovation plan will give you a better understanding of the wellness initiative I am building with hopes of promoting mental, physical, and social health to everyone in the district. Wellness increases student's scores, helps with behavior problems, and increases students concentration.

This implementation outline shows an outline of the implementation of Community Focus, which is an online blended learning wellness initiative. It takes you through the each step of the planning phase and gives an overall look at the work and research that it will take to make Community Focus a reality. Wellness is important, and it will never be achieved if people in the community don't LEARN about what preventative measure they can take to enhance and prolong their lives. 900,000 Americans die every year from the top 5 diseases that cause death. 20 to 40% of these death could've been prevented. LET'S IMPLEMENT!
